Tom’s emphasis is in sport secific training. He has 30 years of lifting experience and is a 12 year veteran and competitor of Long Drivers of America. Tom has been a Remax World Long Drive competitor for the past 13 years with multiple top 25 finishes at the World’s Championship, including 3rd in the world in 2010 in the Senior division. Other athletic accomplishments include: American Gladiator Champion in 1991, High School champion wrestler and coached by a nationally recognized Hall of Fame wrestling coach. Other hobby and sports interests include: Snow and water skiing, knee and wake boarding, hiking and physically challenging events such as the Tough Mudder. Tom definitely has a positive competitive personality! Being an athlete all his life, he’s learned that hard work, steadfast determination and a positive attitude can achieve excellence. Terri has been competitive in Track & Field from childhood to the collegiate level. She has ten years experience as a group fitness instructor, five years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Health & Wellness Specialist/Consultant. Her expertise is in core specific, functional, and circuit training. Facilitating her clients goals is paramount. As an Independent Associate with a cutting edge health & wellness company, she is confidently able to set you free on a path of health, fitness and well-being for life.
Jessamyn is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, an Integrated Flexibility Coach, and an RYT-200 Vinyasa Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She also instructs Spin and Bootcamp classes.
Her love for fitness started at the age of six, when she was introduced to track, cross-country running, gymnastics, and ballet. As a youngster, she competed nationally and continued running through college.
Jessamyn now incorporates her various fitness experiences into a blended style of training, including a mind-body connection. She promotes balance and overall well being.

Brian Thurston has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. Upon entering the commercial fitness industry in 1989, Brian held various titles including fitness instructor, fitness director and facility designer. Brian has been published in many fitness magazines including GQ, Orange Coast Magazine and the LA Times.
Prior to moving to Reno, Brian was a top performing Advantage Trainer for The Sports Club Company in Los Angeles, now Equinox. Brian achieved Master Trainer status in 2001 and his responsibilities included teaching and mentoring new trainers for The Sports Club Company at the Orange County, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles locations. In his prior position as fitness manager, Brian managed a department of trainers that produce over 2 million dollars per year.
During his tenure with The Sports Club Company, Brian was selected to be part of the Leigh Steinberg Sports Agency in Orange County, California as part of a program to prepare top level collegiate quarterbacks for the annual NFL Combines. Additionally, Brian had been the exclusive trainer for Major League Baseball pitcher Mike McDougal of the Chicago White Sox in 2009. As a result of his top performance, Brian was voted Trainer of the Year in 2006 at the Beverly Hills location.
